Whether you are driving or being driven, your unforgettable experience will be fully insured by our trusted insurance company partners "Classicline".
Before your experience you will need to register with us and complete your free membership. You will need to hold a full valid UK licence in order to register.
Search from our wide range of cars to experience. Enter your location and use our filters (vehicle make, experience type, etc.) to refine your search.
Select the car, experience type, date, time and duration of your drive/passenger ride. See the total amount payable (experience cost, insurance and booking fee). Once your request has been accepted and confirmed by the car owner please pay for the experience quickly to secure the booking. You will be guided through the whole booking process. Payment for bookings need to be completed 4 hours prior to the experience date to avoid cancellation. The car owner will send you their full contact details/address.
Meet the owner to start your unique car experience. Don’t forget to take your booking confirmation and driving licence with you. If you have booked to drive the car whilst the owner accompanies you in the passenger seat, please perform a walk-around check and sign the pre-condition report.
Rate and review your experience. This feedback helps both us and our car owners to continually improve the service and quality of the experiences we offer.
Simply register for your free membership and create a free listing for your pride and joy. Choose what car experience you would like to offer i.e. accompanied drives or passenger ride (or both) and set your own booking price for each experience option(s). *The team at drive my pride and joy can offer advice around pricing should it be required.
Booking requests will come from vetted members of our growing community via your online account together with an email notification and SMS text message. Accept or decline each request promptly to successfully secure the booking for your pride and joy.
"Good news" - For both accompanied drives and passenger ride bookings, the insrance will automaticallybe issued through our trusted insurance partner Classicline insurance.
For accompanied driving experiences - both parties must sign the pre-condition report again to check that everything is in order once the experience concludes.
Once the experience concludes, please check everything is in order. If you allowed your car to be driven, then please sign the pre-condition report again together with the driver. Don't forget to remind the enthusiast to rate your car experience. This will help you attract more bookings in the future.
You will receive the agreed full payment from Drive my Pride & Joy directly into your registered account within 7 working days after the experience has ended.
